Enjoy free mainland next working day delivery on all orders over £75 ex. VAT, excluding items over 1m in length and pallet deliveries. Orders under £75 incur a delivery charge of £7.50 ex. VAT.
In addition, we offer free local delivery within a 20‑mile radius of Bolton, regardless of order value.

Next‑day delivery is dependent on stock availability. While we aim to dispatch all orders received before 2pm on the same day for next working day delivery, this cannot be guaranteed. If next‑day delivery is critical, please call us on 01204 535222 to confirm stock availability and ensure your delivery requirements can be met.

Special Order Items are purchased directly from our suppliers once your order is placed. Lead times vary by product and supplier but are typically dispatched within five working days.

Some geographical areas, such as the Scottish Highlands, are not eligible for standard next‑day delivery. We are unable to guarantee next‑day service to the following postcodes:
AB31, AB33–38, AB44–56, IV, HS, KA27–28, KW, PA20–88, PH17–26, PH30–44, PH49–50, TR21–25, ZE.

Certain products may incur an additional surcharge due to their size, weight, or shipping complexity. This surcharge is applied once per order in addition to standard carriage charges.

If you are not at home when delivery is attempted, a card will be left with instructions for arranging collection or re‑delivery. If you require clarification on any aspect of our delivery charges or services, please do not hesitate to contact us.

We are unable to deliver to the Isle of Scilly, Jersey, Guernsey, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, or any European destinations.
