Product Notes

The module concept which is unique to iCON, gives one the option of determining how you wish to control your fan and based on your requirement select the appropriate module. Airflow has invested extensively in the research and development of our modules to bring our customers the most versatile controllability available in the extractor fan market. Our extensive range of control functions has helped the iCON product range become the leading brand it is today.
The same module is compatible with all three size iCON’s – 15, 30 and 60. However, it should be noted that there are specific 240V modules and different low voltage SELV modules.
Replacing a module is also a lot simpler and cheaper than replacing the entire fan.
This run on timer module (72612601) is for use in the 230v – 240v iCON 15 (72683501) iCON 30 (72591601) iCON 60 (72591701) only.
This module will give the iCON the functionality of a run on timer, so once the fan has been turned off by the remote switch the fan will run on for the time set on the module. The modules come factory set for approx 15minutes run on time as set by the English Building Regulations.
This module should only be installed by an approved and qualified person and in line with the instructions that come with each module.

Special Order Items are purchased directly from our suppliers once your order is placed. Lead times vary by product and supplier but are typically dispatched within five working days.

Some geographical areas, such as the Scottish Highlands, are not eligible for standard next‑day delivery. We are unable to guarantee next‑day service to the following postcodes:
AB31, AB33–38, AB44–56, IV, HS, KA27–28, KW, PA20–88, PH17–26, PH30–44, PH49–50, TR21–25, ZE.

Certain products may incur an additional surcharge due to their size, weight, or shipping complexity. This surcharge is applied once per order in addition to standard carriage charges.

If you are not at home when delivery is attempted, a card will be left with instructions for arranging collection or re‑delivery. If you require clarification on any aspect of our delivery charges or services, please do not hesitate to contact us.

If You Change Your Mind

You have 30 days from delivery to change your mind and request a return. Some returns may be subject to a handling charge, which will be confirmed in writing.

Before returning any items, you must obtain an SRN (Sales Return Number) by calling 01204 535222 or emailing websales@chorleyelectrical.com. Please have your original invoice number ready or include it in your email.

To return items, complete our Returns Form, available to download here: RETURNS_FORM, or request a copy from our sales office. Ensure the SRN number is written on both the returns form and the outer packaging (not the item packaging).

Important Notes:

Returns are made at your own cost and risk.
Items must arrive in perfect, resaleable condition, with undamaged and unmarked original packaging.
Returned goods must reach us within 30 days of the SRN issue date.
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving your return.
Original delivery charges are non-refundable.

Special Order Items

Items marked as “Special Order Item” carry a 15–30% restocking charge, meaning refunds will be 70–85% of the original value, depending on the supplier.

Refunds will not be issued if:

You request cancellation more than 30 days after delivery.
Items are returned without a completed returns form and SRN number.
Goods are not in perfect resaleable condition.
Original packaging is marked or damaged.
Goods are received more than 30 days after the SRN issue date.
Items deemed non-refundable are not collected or returned (additional charges apply).

Faulty Items

Please notify us immediately if an item develops a fault. If the item is within the manufacturer’s warranty, we will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.

Faulty items must be returned with a completed returns form and SRN number.

If testing shows the product is not faulty or has been damaged due to incorrect installation, a refund or replacement will not be issued.

Please check deliveries immediately. Any damage, shortages, or delivery errors must be reported in writing within 3 working days.
