Dexpro Delux Digital Instant Water Heater - 3.5kW

The Delux instantaneous water heaters are ideal for use where space is a premium and hot water is needed for hand washing in commercial applications such as, offices, shops, factories, schools/universities and hospitals.

The unit also boasts a digital temperature display with an accurate touch control.

The water temperature rise from the surrounding conditions is affected by the water flow rate and it is recommended that a flow/spray tap nozzle is used to attain the required temperature and performance 3.5kW <2lpm.

As the water temperatures vary throughout the year, winter may result in the incoming water temperatures to be of 10°C or below and the summer temperatures can be upward of 15°C.

Special Order Items are purchased directly from our suppliers once your order is placed. Lead times vary by product and supplier but are typically dispatched within five working days.

Some geographical areas, such as the Scottish Highlands, are not eligible for standard next‑day delivery. We are unable to guarantee next‑day service to the following postcodes:
AB31, AB33–38, AB44–56, IV, HS, KA27–28, KW, PA20–88, PH17–26, PH30–44, PH49–50, TR21–25, ZE.

Certain products may incur an additional surcharge due to their size, weight, or shipping complexity. This surcharge is applied once per order in addition to standard carriage charges.

If you are not at home when delivery is attempted, a card will be left with instructions for arranging collection or re‑delivery. If you require clarification on any aspect of our delivery charges or services, please do not hesitate to contact us.

If You Change Your Mind

You have 30 days from delivery to change your mind and request a return. Some returns may be subject to a handling charge, which will be confirmed in writing.

Before returning any items, you must obtain an SRN (Sales Return Number) by calling 01204 535222 or emailing websales@chorleyelectrical.com. Please have your original invoice number ready or include it in your email.

To return items, complete our Returns Form, available to download here: RETURNS_FORM, or request a copy from our sales office. Ensure the SRN number is written on both the returns form and the outer packaging (not the item packaging).

Important Notes:

Returns are made at your own cost and risk.
Items must arrive in perfect, resaleable condition, with undamaged and unmarked original packaging.
Returned goods must reach us within 30 days of the SRN issue date.
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving your return.
Original delivery charges are non-refundable.

Special Order Items

Items marked as “Special Order Item” carry a 15–30% restocking charge, meaning refunds will be 70–85% of the original value, depending on the supplier.

Refunds will not be issued if:

You request cancellation more than 30 days after delivery.
Items are returned without a completed returns form and SRN number.
Goods are not in perfect resaleable condition.
Original packaging is marked or damaged.
Goods are received more than 30 days after the SRN issue date.
Items deemed non-refundable are not collected or returned (additional charges apply).

Faulty Items

Please notify us immediately if an item develops a fault. If the item is within the manufacturer’s warranty, we will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.

Faulty items must be returned with a completed returns form and SRN number.

If testing shows the product is not faulty or has been damaged due to incorrect installation, a refund or replacement will not be issued.

Damaged Goods or Short Deliveries

Please check deliveries immediately. Any damage, shortages, or delivery errors must be reported in writing within 3 working days.

Claims made after 3 working days cannot be accepted.
